32Red Review

32Red are now one of the largest gambling portals in the industry. Having started within the casino sector, their move into online poker and subsequently online bingo was one that was welcomed. Their most recent addition to their arsenal was that of their sportsbook, just topping off what was already a successful company.

Throughout this review we will be giving you an overview of how each section of 32Red performs and, more importantly, if it’s up to the task.

Sports Betting

Betting Odds and Markets

The pricing structure at 32Red is of a fairly good standard. We compared a number of markets with some of the bigger bookmakers in the industry and found that whilst 32Red weren’t as strong, they weren’t all that far off. From the markets that we compared they were always within 5% of the best price and even matched the best price we could find on Oddschecker.com on a number of occasions. We were aware coming into this review that 32Red Sportsbook did have a rather jaded reputation for being tight with odds, but to be honest, from the games and markets that we have checked, we didn’t find this to be the case.

The market coverage for the bookmaker is again of a decent standard, without ever being great. Like most companies, football and horse racing are the two largest sports, with tens of thousands of markets available around the clock. Outside of these, credible mentions must go to Rugby Union, Rugby League, Basketball, Ice Hockey, cricket and UFC for their market coverage.

Mobile Betting

There’s no dedicated mobile app to download as such with 32Red, but you will be able to aces their mobile site from any smartphone browser. If you’re on an iOS or Android device then you can easily add this to your homepage in an app form and we must mention that the mobile site is one of the best designed that we have come across. The only gripe is that a couple of the live betting markets do tend to take a while to load, although this could be simply a connection issue.

Live Betting

The live betting section is definitely something that is still very much in its ascendency. The range of markets on offer is very small compared to most established bookmakers, but their integration of the in-play section with their welcome offer highlights a keen interest in improving it down the line.

Casino Games

The 32Red casino is powered by one of the biggest software developers in the industry, Microgaming. Microgaming are famed for having the biggest single back catalogue of slots and table games to choose from, making them an obvious choice for a lot of online casinos. The software can be accessed by either an instant play browser based version or a download version for both Mac and Windows computers. Again, the mobile version isn’t downloadable (like the sportsbook) but is accessible via their site simply by visiting it in your smartphones browser.

Table Games

The table game section at 32Red is really quite excellent with a boat load of options to choose from. The usual suspects are all there such as blackjack, roulette, craps and baccarat, but what’s probably most impressive is that there are so many variations of each to play.

Slots is where 32Red really comes alive and they have over 300 titles to choose from, making them easily one of the biggest slots casinos in the industry. The higher profile games include I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Iron Man 2, Thunderstruck, Tomb Raider and Avalon II.

Progressive Jackpots

The progressive tables are where the majority of slots action takes place. You’re getting around 20 titles to choose from, with the classic Mega Moolah headlining the event. The jackpots do tend to range quite heavily from just a few thousand to several millions.

Bingo Games

The software for the bingo hall has been designed by Microgaming, who just so happen to be one of the best in the business. With this comes a plethora of games ranging from 90 to 80 ball bingo games, along with a host of online slots, video poker and table games as the side game collection.

The games can be accessed by either your browser via instant play or via your mobile through your smartphones browser. There is no download version available for either, but they work equally as well no matter which route you choose.

Poker Games

Following on from their affiliation with both casino and bingo rooms, 32Red have opted to stick with Microgaming to power their poker room as well. What this brings is a huge player database and a mountain of poker games that can be accessed around the clock.

The software can be used as either a download or instant play version in your browser. It’s compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems, but on top of that you can access the full poker room directly from your mobile. There’s no download for mobile, but simply enter the site in your smartphones browser and you will be good to go.

About 32Red

32Red have been online since 2002. The company started life targeting poker and casino players, but since then have been able to branch out into both bingo and sports betting, with limited success it has to be said.

They’ve been one of a number of gambling sites that have managed to associate themselves with some hefty sponsors over the years. Football has been their main target and throughout 2006 to 2008 were sponsors of Premier League outfit, Aston Villa. Since then they have gone on to sponsor Swansea City, Crawley Town and Rangers FC.

Since 2014 the company have been keen to expand and have made a couple of sizeable industry purchases including Go Wild Casino and Roxy Palace, estimating to have cost the company over £20million for both. These purchases seem to have paid off somewhat and the company reported in 2016 that profits were up 52% over the previous year, with a view to expand further in the near future.

The company are currently based and licensed out of Gibraltar, allowing them to operate legally within a number of countries around the world, including the UK.
